Delivery and Returns

Store pick-up only

We do not ship orders. Every order placed on our website is prepared for pick-up at our store.

1. Place your order online and choose store pick-up.
2. We’ll let you know by email or phone when your order is ready — usually the same or next business day.
3. Come to the store during opening hours with your order number and a photo ID.

Orders not collected within 7 days may be cancelled and refunded.

Returns & exchanges

• Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days with your receipt.
• For hygiene reasons, wigs, hair pieces, braiding hair, weaves and bundles cannot be returned once the package has been opened, tried on, cut or colored.
• Opened makeup, hair care and bath & body products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
• Sale and clearance items are final sale.

Damaged or wrong item?

Please check your items at pick-up. If something is damaged or not what you ordered, tell our staff right away or contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Card refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
